I love Events! There is just something about the heightened awareness and adjustments on the fly that keeps me coming back for more! Starting out in the Wedding industry as a highly regarded and multi-award winning photographer has allowed me to see hundreds of weddings from beginning to end. More importantly, during that time I came to realize there is a gap where most Wedding coordinators services don’t cover or do enough to make sure your day is flawless, and not just from the attention to detail of the dinner table. Have you ever been in a wedding or know someone that has? Did the getting ready take more time than scheduled causing a rush and panic to get to the ceremony? Or attend a wedding where the ceremony starts 15-30 minutes late? This causes a huge amount of stress for the couple and can effect how you feel the rest of the night, not to mention affecting the time you have to take pictures in-between the ceremony and reception. Shouldn’t your coordinator be part of this planning piece too? Most of the time, they are not, but even before my wedding photography days, my experience as a logistical project manager makes these opportunities stand out to me with quick and easy transition.
My wife Britzie has been part of the event planning scene for years, her attention to detail and skills at crafting and putting together table arrangements is second to none. Most wedding coordinators offer price packages based on how much help you want from day of, to just about total control, but this can still make these services unattainable for a smaller budget wedding. Understanding that smaller events may not require as much of our time from planning and execution, and because her belief that one size doesn’t fit all, she takes pricing into account for size of guest list and total vision, so reach out to find out more about a specific quote.

Our approach is never just “Day of”, but we take into account how much planning you have already done and how much help you’ll need or want from there.
Venue coordinators are very different from Wedding coordinators, where they are focused on the room set up and venue service only, your wedding coordinator is focused on all your vendors working together to deliver an exceptional experience. For example, your venue coordinator isn’t going to notice or know what time your DJ is suppose to be there for set up, but we help work with each vendor making sure they have arrived, and are set up on time.
Silver package
Perfect for those who have planned most of their details and need help pulling it all together. When you’ve got it all planned out from the cake decorations, to the table place cards, and you want to make sure your vision is pulled together, this package might be what you’re looking for.
$700-1000 From 50 - 150 guests
$1000-1250 From 151 - 250 guests
$1500 for 251 or more guests
10 hours - We will be there on your wedding day from beginning to end to ensure all the details are managed, the wedding vision comes to life, and all loose ends are handled.

Check list consultation to make sure you’ve considered all your vision details and nothing is overlooked
Our wedding day helpful hints and tips from the experience of 100’s of weddings
Participate in venue walk throughs, and help to finalize all the final details.
Contact to each of your vendors prior to wedding day for logistics planning
Coordinate with all vendors and touch bases including makeup artists and hair dressers for timeline adjustments.
